NC State has always been one of the biggest champions of cancer research in the country.

On the women's side, Hall of Fame coach Kay Yow battled breast cancer for over 20 years, only to succumb January 24th. She also happened to be one of the greatest coaches in the sport, and a very interesting character. Anyone who had the honor to meet her, such as I, knows that.

This past weekend, State played host to North Carolina in men's basketball, and the school paid tribute to Yow. A mural in her honor was painted in the school's Free Expression Tunnel, which has been a target of students from rival schools to 'get back' at NC State. This one went too far...

Hmmmmmmm how can I say this nicely:

Five interceptions and one fumble. I have watched a lot of playoff football in my young life and I can not remember a Quarterback playing as bad as Delhomme. I remember "God" Favre throwing six interceptions against the Rams back in the day, but this seemed even worst than that.

The Carolina marched down the field easily on their first drive and I thought the game was over. Then Delhomme channeled his inner Quincy Carter. You know something that is an insult to Quincy Carter. If you have been watching the Panthers closely this year, you should have already known that Delhomme has been average at best, but no one expected this. I don't think Delhomme will be the Quarterback for the Panthers next year. How do you come back from this?

You want to hear something crazy? If the Eagles beat the Giants which is possible the Arizona Cardinals would host the NFC Championship Game. I think people who have told you that was more unlikely at the beginning of the year than us having a Black President.

I hate Duke. Sorry to be so blunt, but I do. I wanted you to know that because what I am about to write is totally biased because I hate Duke. I love it when anybody beats Duke but especially North Carolina. I simply love it.

I love the way Coach K looks like he is about to bust a blood vessel. I love it when they lose on "Senior Night" and all the cheerleaders are crying.

I love it. I admit I am a Duke hater. So to all the Duke fans out there. Sorry!
