You knew a barrage of NBA articles would come if the Lakers won the title. Hell, you know a barrage of articles would have come if Orlando took the series back to LA. But alas, the NBA has come to an end, and with it, a number of articles to discuss the finale. Santonio Holmes is having a Father's Day Contest on his blog, while Rondo has his own blog himself now. Shaq's loving Kobe's ring...and hey, Penguins come back in the Stanley Cup was well rewarded. Rihanna has a new crush and the return of a mild case of LA Riots.

Check out the week's start with the BSO Daily Line.

And the NBA trade rumors and draft talk begins! Stephen Curry wants to be in New York, and Chris Bosh refuses to sign an extension with Toronto, all while being the first NBA player to create an iPhone app. Shaq and company are following him. Arnold is joining the campaign to bring the FIFA World Cup to the US while David Stern is taking $25k from Lebron. Oh, and did I mention that Danny Ainge doesn't have patience for Rajon Rondo to grow up? He's calling Rondo moody, questioning if his teammates hate playing with him. Oh, and check out the White House Playground.

BSO Daily Line... enjoy the weekend.

Another full two weeks gone by, and the second round has come to an end. Which arguably also means there is only about one month left of professional basketball left this season. A little bittersweet.

But were there surprises this round. With the depleted defending champions finally knocked out, and last year's runner-up taken to the brink of an elimination game, there are a lot of things we still learned from this enigmatic second round of the playoffs.

Let's take a look.

Yes, it's true. The Chicago-Boston first round series has been one of many revelations. We have seen how easily a Championship team can fall when missing it's best player. We have seen players, whom we thought were at one point irrelevant, step up and show their worth - on both teams. We have seen young players literally evolve into superstars overnight.

We have seen Derrick Rose and Rajon Rondo ignite themselves into the top point guard discussion. Some are even saying this is the Chris Paul-Deron Williams match up on the Eastern Conference. Hmm...I think both of these point guards would show up on a do-or-die game at home. So maybe the discussion isn't precise, but it's close. These two are going to be good.

But with all the physical beating both teams are taking, and all the shoves that are being thrown..the question is, is this series fixed?

Some people in Boston think so.
