At first glance I thought it was the woman Steve Phillips had an affair with, but upon further inspection it is Minnesota Vikings coach Brad Childress who decided to start Halloween early last week by dressing as a flight attendant on the flight to play the Steelers.

First off Brad Childress is by far the weirdest looking coach in the NFL.

Every time I see a picture of him all I can think of is:

Obviously this motivational tactic failed miserable as the Vikings lost to the Steelers, but in regards of my own amusement it has succeeded.
