NASHVILLE — A convicted murderer pleaded not guilty today to selling the gun that was used to kill ex-NFL quarterback Steve McNair.
Adrian Gilliam of La Vergne, Tenn., was charged last month with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. According to court documents, he admitted selling a loaded 9 mm Bryco/Jennings semiautomatic pistol for $100 to Sahel Kazemi. Nashville police said the woman used the weapon to kill McNair and herself on July 4.

I'm still trying to figure out why they haven't released the surveillance footage from BOTH cameras at the condo. You can stand on the street and see both of them which had different angles to Mac's condo. (Lea Avenue intersects with 2nd Avenue South and also Rutledge Avenue) The area is simply too wide open for someone to not have seen ANYTHING with all the traffic in that area. What you also aren't hearing is that there were 2 different entrances into the condo, but the back entrance would not be covered by the aforementioned cameras near the entrance (Google 105 Lea Avenue – Nashville, TN) and you'll get a small idea of what I mean).

As for the issue with the last text message, I can honestly say it could go both ways. I've had delayed text messages and messages without timestamps (which usually occur when you are not on a native tower).

Honestly they need to get the text message records from every central figure in this case and figure out who said/planned anything in the days before the murder. What you are seeing is either incompetence and laziness from the Metro (Nashville) PD or an outright withholding of facts…there's no gray area in that regard. Luckily CBS is forcing the truth to come out slowly but surely. And when it's all said and done, I believe we're going to hear a name that we haven't heard associated with this case.

What the hell are you talking about? "Keyboard Courage"? No matter what I told you regarding who I am, you have no way to prove or disprove it. If my screen name was Dave, Eugene, Lucy, Habeeb, DaffyDuck or even SteveMcNair, it doesn't matter because I would still be just as anonymous as I am now. The fact is that there is no physical evidence to support your claim that Norfleet killed anybody.

Regarding the racial issue, the minute you label something black or white, people are going to see racism to a certain degree whether you agree with it or not.
