Breaking News: Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather Fight Off?
As you know both sides have been in mediation over the last two days in Los Angeles trying to come to a compromise, but Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum tells the Associated Press those talks have failed:
If true this is a huge blow for boxing and when I say huge I mean monumental. Boxing had a real attempt to capture the general public and they blew it big time.
Manny Pacquiao refused the random blood test and in the end that killed the fight. If anything changes I will let you know, but it does appear the fight is dead at this moment.

Here is a little more information all coming from Bob Arum, so take it with a grain of salt. According to Arum they had reached a deal where Manny would agree to random blood testing up to 24 days before the fight (backing off his 30 day) claim.
Arum says Golden Boy and Mayweather’s team agree to this, but when presented to Floyd he wouldn’t authorize it.
If true than in this particular instance it would be Floyd who is responsible for the fight not taking place. Even though I still think Manny should haven’t time table if Golden Boy and Floyd’s people agreed then Floyd should have fell in line if he really wanted the fight.
As more details emerge I will update.

2. You brought up tattoos. Manny Pacquiao has 3; one roughly on each shoulder and one on his chest. Small tattoos. You might also want to consider the fact that needles used in tattooing serve different purposes than those in blood testing. That they also to not penetrate as deeply. That they also do not target veins. That they also do not draw several vials of blood.
3. You mentioned HGH. Funny, that stands for Human Growth Hormone. Interestingly enough, there have been no reasonably documented accounts of Manny Pacquiao enduring any abnormal growth spurts or increase in muscle mass.
