This is coming from FoxSports.com, but it appears that Jim Mora is out after one year with the Seattle Seahawks.

The Seahawks were pretty awful at the end of the regular season. With that being said it is curious timing of the firing as it appeared that Mora would be safe for at least one more year.

Seattle has already called for permission to interview other assistants. Likely candidates include Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, among others according to Fox Sports.

The coach Seattle has in mind is USC coach Pete Carroll and it looks like it might go down.
