As I look back on my five days in Miami there was so much I could write about (and some things I never could because we are a family site), but I am going to try to give you an overview of some of the most interesting things that happened:
Best Interview of the Week: Michael Irvin
This actually happened before the civil suit accusing him of rape became public. Irvin did a 10 minute interview with me just talking about the Super Bowl and general things. Then after the cameras went off he spoke to me alone for 20 minutes about how important that there are people like myself in the media who aren’t part of the “machine” and can speak their mind freely and without restrictions. Gave me a lot of good advice that I will be applying going forward.
The Altercation of Century that was avoided: Robert Littal vs. Mike Greenberg
I was station right at the front of radio row so I could see everyone when they came in. I was debating if I wanted to go the Super Bowl pre-game press conference or work on some stuff for the site. I decided to go to the press conference as soon as I hit the escalator I get a text saying Mike Greenberg was standing at my table. By the time I got back in though he was gone and the interview everyone wanted had been lost.
Best Event of Super Bowl: ESPN Next Super Bowl Party
With all due respect to the Maxim Party and Madden Bowl Party ESPN takes the crown. The performances by Ne-Yo and Keri Hilson put them over the top. Kerri was checking me out.
Most interesting player of Super Bowl: Chad Ocho Cinco
He was all over the place and by far the most sought after player at the Super Bowl. His house party was at capacity at 9:30pm, that is unheard of. OCNN was the most popping place in radio row.
The Biggest Loser of the Super Bowl: Warren Sapp
Anytime you have to stay in jail for 24 hours the day before the Super Bowl that is a major fail.
Policy Change: Rob’s Flip Flop Policy
I am making a change. I am now going to allow women to bring flip flops with them to wear if their feet get tired after partying all night, cause I was hurting in my regular shoes so I can only imagine what it must feel like wearing heels all night.
FYI: This doesn’t exempt Jemele Hill of ESPN who is the queen of 24 hour flip flopping.
5 Super Bowl Goals: Hit and Miss
I had 5 goals when I left for Miami lets see how I did:
1- Finding the prettiest short hair woman on South Beach.
Mission accomplished say hi to Jamila. She is a lawyer who helps run Chronicles of a Social Esquire which is a hot site giving you inside exclusives on all the hottest events. Be sure to check it out and you can follow her on Twitter.
2- Getting my exclusive with Kim Kardashian.
That did not happen, but I do have this video of her getting all kissy face with Reggie Bush.
3- Trying to get over my phobia of the ocean.
That didn’t happen I took some nice pictures, but did not get close to going in.
4- Expanding my NoHology philosophies to South Beach.
I definitely had some open discussion with my Dean Hat on.
5- Looking for Lamps.
I can not confirm or deny.

Good time had by all, but definitely have some people I want to thank:
Miss Diva D, Beny, Kirk, Crystal, Christina, Alana and there are so many more, but thank you all.
