This was an incident that was reported in 2007 that was investigated and Irvin was not charged with any crime. Irvin’s lawyer claims the woman in question (who was not named) is attempting to extort Irvin, first asking for a million dollars and then $800,000 to “not talk”.

The woman has quite a different story. The Miami Herald chronicles her said of the story:

In the suit, the woman said Irvin bought her alcohol to get her drunk, then lured her to his hotel room. That’s where he and another man tried stuffing money into her clothes, the suit said.

She said Irvin and the other man insisted on sexual favors. She said no.

That’s when the unidentified man held her down and covered her mouth, according to the suit, then Irvin raped her, she said. When Irvin was done, the other man forced her to perform oral sex.

Afterward, Irvin’s brother, Derrick Irvin, came in and took her to another room and “assisted in covering the sexual assault and rape up,” according to the civil lawsuit.

As you know my theory on women who file civil suits on crimes especially after the police found no criminal activity.

I am not saying she lying, but it is definitely more suspect.

The accusation of rape is very serious.

If there is any truth to it Irvin needs to be in jail, but if the woman is trying to get a quick score she needs to be in jail as well.

I think Irvin is an easy “mark” because of his past, but unless some actual evidence comes out remember people it is innocent until proven guilty not the other way around.
