In a world where at best a lot of announcers are bias and at worse they are incompetent, there is one that stands alone as the best play by play in all of sports.
The legendary Gus Johnson.
I want Gus Johnson to give the eulogy at my funeral.
Gus Johnson could have made Joshua Clottey seem like he was performing lik Ali against Manny Pacquiao. Gus does a lot of things for CBS, but what he is known for his College Basketball calls.
If I had my way I would have Gus call every game of March Madness, no offense to Jim Nantz, but comparing Nantz to Johnson is like comparing Precious to Angelina Jolie.
