Just when Ben Roethlisberger thought everything was done with… he was sadly mistaken. According to various reports, the lawyer for Big Ben’s other alleged rape victim is planning to use the findings from the Milledgeville investigation in the one remaining case against the Steelers quarterback.
Andrea McNulty had accused Ben of raping her in a Lake Tahoe hotel back in 2008, but no charges were ever filed against the NFL star.
TMZ reported:
According to McNulty’s lawyer, Cal Dunlap, he is currently “seeking whatever portions of the Georgia investigation that are available” — including interviews and police reports.
McNulty’s lawyer is also currently pursuing a sit down with Ben, but as you know, Ben refused to sit down with investigators in Georgia so chances of this would be as likely as rape charges getting filed against Ben.
I guess Big Ben’s “Im off…again” party at his club of choice will have to wait until next weekend?
