Paul Pierce should be ashamed of himself; because of him acting like Vince Carter, he indirectly got Kevin Garnett suspended for Game 2 of the Heat vs. Celtics series.

If Pierce wasn’t trying to impress Denzel Washington with his acting skills, the whole fracas wouldn’t have started.

With that being said, Garnett threw a blatant elbow and in the 2010 NBA he is lucky he didn’t get a two-game suspension.  If he was any other player he definitely would be sitting for two games.

The feistiness of the series has made it must see TV now.  The Celtics are old and salty and the Heat are a one man team.  Makes for an interesting dynamic going forward.
