Sources: Ben Roethlisberger Will Not Be Charged In Sexual Assault Case
Didn’t take ESPN very long to find out that Roethlisberger would not be charged. Here is what they had to say:
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged after an investigation into accusations of sexual assault by a 20-year-old woman in Georgia, sources told ESPN.
A source confirmed to ESPN’s Kelly Naqi that District Attorney Fred Bright will announce on Monday that charges will not be brought against Roethlisberger.
If true, Roethlisberger skates on the criminal charge, but what will Roger Goodell do?
That will be the interesting thing to monitor. I want to listen to the reasons why Roethlisberger isn’t charged before I give my opinion on what his punishment should or shouldn’t be.
Nothing is ever as cut and dry as it seems, so I assume more details will come out, giving a clearer picture of what really happened.

I'm a Steeler fan through and through but I feel something should be done to get Ben's attention. He's not a 20 year old junior in college, he's the face of the Steelers and one of the most reconizable faces in the NFL He must learn to be the man not act like a kid.

people i know who've encountered Ben in clubs locally … and certain other athletes to be fair…. do not have complimentary opinions of his 'tude. Some of these guys are nothing but pampered egomaniacs and too many folks, including law enforcement, are eager to give them a pass on bad behavior. Sometimes, an autograph, tickets or a photo with them makes all the bad stuff go away.
I think they should fine his ass and send his ass to rehab. I love my Steelers and Big Ben but somethings got to be done,come on man we got to get back to the Steeler fooball and back to the Super Bowl. Go STEELERS!!!!!
