Judge: If Siohvaughn Wade Doesn’t Appear In Court I Will Send Cops For Her

In the latest episode of “As The Wade Turns,” Cook County Circuit Judge Marya Nega – according to the New York Daily News – is getting a bit perturbed at D Wade’s wife, Siohvaughn, for not showing up to court in a timely fashion.  Here are the details:

A judge in Chicago says if basketball star Dwyane Wade’s wife doesn’t show up for her divorce hearing, she will order law enforcement to take her to court.

At the hearing Monday morning, Cook County Circuit Judge Marya Nega said the contentious breakup involving the Miami Heat guard and Siohvaughn Wade was “beginning to spiral out of control.”

Wade attended court Monday morning but his estranged wife did not appear. The judge delayed the hearing until the afternoon to give Siohvaughn Wade time to get to court.

I try not to take sides in these type of situations, but the facts are that Dwyane Wade has been acting more responsibly in these proceedings than Siohvaughn.

Once again, for the sake of her children she needs to pull it together and come to an amicable resolution before she ends up without her kids – and I don’t think anyone wants to see that.

According to TMZ.com Siohvaughn Wade missed the deadline for court and the cops are out looking for her.

  • You would think that as much as she's suing people right and left, she could make it to court on time? #smdh

  • Poeple who misquote usually have feelings of inferiority. They need to feel superior, so they do what they can. I giggle at those who want to quote from the Old Testement, and forget it means old law. When EVER has the old law of anything applied? Hummm, the law USED TO BE so we should abide with that. Really???
