Lawrence Taylor: I Didn’t Have Sex With Her, I Pleasured Myself
I want to make two things perfectly clear.
A- I am Pro Self Love.
B- I think LT is lying his ass off.
I think he had sex with that girl, but from a legal perspective his defense team thinks this is the best way to get off. Here are the details from TMZ.com.
Sources directly connected with Lawrence Taylor tell TMZ the NFL legend’s defense to rape is masturbation.
As one source put it, Lawrence engaged in a “masturbatory act” and that was it.
According to New York law, “A person is guilty of rape in the third degree when … he or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person less than seventeen years old.”
Interestingly … in the criminal complaint against the alleged pimp, authorities allege Taylor engaged in “sex acts” but there is not mention of sexual intercourse — a requirement for 3rd degree rape.
As TMZ first reported, a condom was found in Taylor’s hotel room, but sources say Taylor’s lawyers will argue the condom wasn’t his and he didn’t use it.
I don’t know about you, but if I am staying in a hotel room and there are condoms lying around, I am going to ask for a new room ASAP, Holiday Inn or otherwise.
His legal team must be convinced that A.) The police don’t have any solid evidence that Taylor had sex with the young woman and B.) All the young woman’s statements don’t portray Taylor as some sort of sexual monster or anything.
I don’t condone lying, but I also don’t think Taylor is a “rapist.”
Even if he can skate on the rape charge, I believe he should be prosecuted for paying for a prostitute (he should get whatever is the norm for first time offenders for that charge).
I am pretty sure the trial will be televised because everyone seems to want their fifteen minutes of fame.

You know, it's funny. We always believe the girl… And as a woman, I can tell you women (and girls) can play the role to get to where they want to go. Now, of course it's not right however you look at it, but I don't believe that LT, who I'm sure have had it all, would've done anything with this girl had he known up front how old she was. Sometimes women (and girls) should consider the situation they're putting themselves in.
