Lebron Associate Sends Goons To Recover Pendant from Vaneisha Robinson

by BSO Staff | Posted on Friday, July 16th, 2010

Just when you thought the Lebron drama was over…apparently it is far from over #nodrake

So 4 years ago, a 19 year old Ohio native by the name of Vaneisha Robinson ventured to a garage sale in the Cleveland area and purchased what she thought was a fake Lebron James Pendant for $5…boy was she wrong. For years Vaneisha wore the chain around her neck thinking it was nothing more than a piece of costume jewelery until she recently had it appraised, in which she found out that the pendant contained real diamonds and that the piece was actually worth $10, 000……blank stare

After discovering these details about the piece, Vaneisha did what any individual living in the state of Ohio would have done with anything King James related…she put it up on EBay

Enter Maverick Carter

Now for those of you who don’t know who Maverick Carter is, he is LeBron’s right hand and the CEO of the King’s marketing company, LRMR; he is Puff to Lebron’s Biggie, the Waka Flocka to Lebron’s Gucci Mane, the Tony Yayo to Lebron’s 50 Cent. He is also the one who helped convince the King that doing “The Decision” special was in his best interest…smh

Fast forward to Wednesday of this week, this is when Vaneisha’s come up story quickly turned REAL when Robinson received a call from a woman by the name of Katherine L. Powers, who is Maverick Carter’s mother.

“[Powers] said that LeBron James was at her house and they wanted me to come over there. They were going to make me an offer that I couldn’t refuse,” Robinson said.

It turned out the one-of-a-kind pendant belongs to Carter, who claims it was stolen. Robinson said she and her mother went to the Wadsworth house Carter shares with his mother, believing James was going to buy the pendant and give it back to Carter.

“When I got there, LeBron James was not there. It was about eight or nine other people there,” Robinson said. “They pretty much accused me, they threatened me and they used their authority to they (sic) best ability to get the pendant in their possession…

“They blocked (Robinson’s mother’s) truck in the driveway. They told us that we weren’t going anywhere until they got that pendant. I was scared for my life,” she said

Police were called out, and when they got there everyone was gone and Powers had the pendant.

Robinson is now taking the whole thing to court and the police are investigating.

Let me first start off by saying “LEBRON’S GOONS GOT GOONS SON!”

But I Digress.

First of all what was Maverick Carter even doing wearing a Lebron James pendant around his neck in the first place? That is a severe case of “When Riding Coattails goes wrong”. Like I know Lebron is your dude and everything, but anyone not named Gloria James or Lebron’s Wife even thinking of wearing a chain like that is suspect.

Secondly, you send goons to get your chain back from a 19 year old female? In the words of the BSO Don Robert Littal that is disgustingly “Moist”.  First of all, it is beyond me why this dude is frazzled (yes I said frazzled) over a $10 000 suspect chain when Lebron just signed a contract for over a $100 mill. He must have thought she bought the chain from Dan Gilbert’s garage sale because that’s just not smart.  10 Grand is definitely not worth all the negative publicity Lebron will get as a result of this act of ignorance

I do think that Vaneisha talking to the media once she found out about the pendant and then going to the house after Maverick’s mother called her was not the smartest of moves but regardless Maverick Carter is “Moist” for this move, at least offer to buy the chain back from the girl, C’mon son.

I guess we will have to wait and see how this plays out, but I think Maverick Carter and his goons are taking this NWO thing a little too serious.

On a side note, I’m surprised the pendant didn’t sell on Ebay while Vaneisha had it up for auction…I know for a fact that Mo Williams would have paid top dollar for that chain #LebronShurg

I’m definitely not a Lebron fan right about now but this article is leaving out crucial info. Maverick’s mom knew Vaneisha before all of this. The police are trying to figure out how Vaneisha came into possesion of the pendant & she’s been advised to get a lawyer.

Also, Vaneisha hasn’t even mentioned having contact w/ Maverick. Carter’s mom might have been acting on her own by having his pendant retrieved. Maybe she felt guilty because someone stole it from her house.

Oh and being “moist” would have been to pay for something that was stolen from you.

If this story is true, it definitely makes LeBron James look bad. This man Maverick Carter works for HIM. The last thing LeBron needs right now is more bad publicity. He has been torn to shreds by respected national media members for the last 9 days, in the aftermath of his horrid Decision program. LeBron needs to get his crew in order. This sounds like some Suge Knight mess!!!!!!!
