Ron Artest Having a “F**K Lebron Party”? Wait..What..

I am going to have to have a sit down with these athletes about letting these club promoters just using their image and name for any and every party they are throwing they get free access to.

We already have seen how this has caused Michael Vick some trouble and there have been many incidents where an athlete name has been attached to something they have absoutely nothing to do with, but when something goes down they are held responsible.

I can only hope that Ron Artest knows nothing about the “F*** Lebron Party” and this was just an idea of an overzealous party promoter.

I have never seen one individual go from generally liked to a pirah as quick as Lebron for basically nothing.

At least there was a reason (if not a good one) people turned on Tiger Woods.  People turned on Lebron for making a decision he was “free” to make.  It was if Lebron walked into their kitchen and took their cornbread or something.

Yeah he went about it a little over the top, but that didn’t stop everyone from watching and talking about it.

Lebron has paid my rent, cell phone and is real close to paying my car note just off the strength people reading our thoughts about The Summer of Lebron.

It is just strange to me.

He is just a NBA player, but the venom toward him now you would think he was the basketball version of BET.

Anyway we will try to get confirmation if Artest is involved with this in anyway and report back.

If he is I hate to say it, but that was a very “moist” decision on his part.

I like how it is a “F*** Lebron Edition”, but it is being promoted by “UpScale Crowd Entertainment”

I swear I am living in the Matrix sometimes.

  • It wasn't that he left, it was HOW he left…that is why people don't like him. He strung his hometown team and fans along and announced it on a TV special with a title that was a direct shot at Cleveland sports. Please stop acting like the guy didn't do anything wrong.

    • That's fair, but I think it is a bit over the top. He did the stupid ESPN thing, but it is over an done with now, so what is the big deal.

      • Tiger slept with a bunch of people but it is over and done with now, so what is the big deal

        • There IS no big deal now. he's getting divorced, so we should never EVER hear another word about Tiger Woods, right?

      • Agreed. The fact is, that I think the Cleveland fans are feeling a little too entitled about the whole thing. There were quite a few teams gunning for him. These teams cleared salary caps, hired people whose sole job was to lure LeBron to their team. Their fanbases were pinning their hopes and dreams on one guy. I mean, just look at the aftermath: the Knicks will keep on sucking for an indefinite amount of time; the Nets will suck for a couple of more seasons, at least (although, I do believe that they have a great talented young group); the Clippers are…well…the Clippers, and nothing can save them; and the Bulls will have a playoff team, that will unfortunately, not make it past the semis any time soon. Cleveland's fate doesn't seem so extraordinary, does it? And, instead of saying: "We had a good 7-year run, and we were lucky to snatch the NBA's premiere athlete. We thank him, and move on.", they all started acting like he single-handedly murdered their town. It's not his fault that Cleveland is called "The Mistake by the Lake". The guy tried, and failed, to bring them a title, but still managed to generate huge revenue for the owner, and put them on the map in a positive sense. The owner, and the fans, paid him back by throwing tantrums and crucifying him…
And don't even get me started on the douchebags, who, as SMH up there pointed out, hated him for a long time, and now just have a "legitimate" reason to do so publicly. I mean, let's face it, you bunch of jerks: you hate him, 'cause he is, without a doubt, the best player in the league right now (with only D-Wade being almost on-par with him), and you think it's "just because he uses his strength to force himself to the rim". This "LeBron has no technique, nor finesse" is an argument I have heard assholes screaming in my face for years, and it couldn't be less true. Whatever issues you guys have with yourselves, sort them out, instead of acting like 12-year-olds, and hating on a guy who's just playing a game.

  • People turned on LeBron b/c he's proven himself to be a fraud. Not willing to lead a team himself but running to ride the coattails of another SuperStar and HIS team. All this "King" and "Chosen 1" talk has been media and self manufactured garbage!!

    • People should be mad at themselves for giving so more "power" to one person

  • Oh, and he also refused to respond to phone calls/texts from Cavs management, and didn't have the courtesy to even call the Cavaliers with his decision – his agent did, 15 minutes into his one hour special.

    • I agree wit that. He should have been more professional.

  • People now despise him because of his obvious contempt for his former fans in Cleveland. That is the only reason.

    • He just left to go play with his boys. He was a free agent. I would have contempt to if people where burning my logo cause I went to

  • Can't really call it bad yet anyway. He changed teams not slept with 20 porn stars
