I would say that is a bit of an understatement by Brandon Spikes Agent Terry Watson.

Here is the full context of what Mr. Watson had to say in defense of his client:
Watson, who represents the team’s second-round draft pick, said he was aware of the situation, and had spoken to his client last night.
“It’s an embarrassing situation for Brandon,” Watson said when reached today. “It certainly doesn’t reflect the kind of person that he is.”
The Patriots, meanwhile, “had no comment at this time,” according to Aaron Salkin, assistant director of media relations.
Beyond being “embarrassed” by the situation, Spikes and his Kardashian look a like friend should be embarrassed by their performance.
If you are going to be shown all over the internet in a sex tape, at least put you some effort into it.

Have some pride man or at least get a young lady who is more interested in you than the “machinery” and looking at the camera.
