Former Denver Bronco Brandon Marshall was traded to the Miami Dolphins this off season and then he traded in the single life for marital bliss. On July 17th, Marshall and his fiancée Michi Nogami held a wedding ceremony in Miami, FL at the Art Deco Paris Theater. If you check out the photos, you see the wedding was not only very stylish, but filled with love between the two.
Marshall has had numerous brushes with the legal system throughout his career. Most notably, March of 2008 Marshall was arrested and charged with misdemeanor batter of then-girlfriend Rasheedah Watley. In August of 2009, Marshall was found not guilty. His fiancée at the the time, Michi Nogami was in the courtroom with Marshall.
Marshall proposed to Nogami February 2009, while at the Pro Bowl. The engagement hasn’t been without it’s hiccups. On March 1, 2009, Nogami and Marshall was arrested after allegedly fighting with Nogami outside his Atlanta home. Both parties were charged with disorderly conduct, but the charges were later dropped.
Since joining the Dolphins, Marshall is giving them the down field threat they were banking on. Marshall leads the team with 22 reception, and 290 yards for the season.
Let’s hope the couple can spend the rest of their marriage without the police being involved. Congrats to the newlyweds.
