Reggie Bush to be Stripped of His Heisman Trophy

The NCAA is a joke.

The BCS is a joke.

And now the people who run the Heisman Trust are a joke.

Stripping Reggie Bush of his Heisman Trophy just shows the hypocrisy that is College Football.

The Heisman Trophy is for on the field performance, not off the field, that is why OJ still has his Heisman.

Here are the details:

Citing two sources close to the Heisman trust, Charles Robinson writes that the group’s investigation is nearly closed and it is likely to agree with the NCAA finding that Bush was ineligible during the 2005 season. Sources said Bush met with Heisman representatives last month in New York.

Just pretending like he didn’t play doesn’t work for me.

Since USC and the Heisman Trust want to act like Bush never played in 2005.  I would like USC to write Reggie Bush a check for every jersey, t-shirt and anything Bush related the school sold why he was there.

I am waiting…………..

Still waiting……………

That is what I thought.

College Football might as well be known as La Costra Nostra.

4)Who cares about Heisman? Check the list of past winners, especially past 20 years. Not impressive, at all…

You're missing the point. USC benefited from Bush's high level of play and exposure on TV (just like all the other schools in the sham known as the NCAA). The amount of money that Bush received is a small fraction of what the powers-that-be made off of him. Typical NCAA BS and hypocrisy.
