Another day and another athlete getting liqured up to the point the police have to get involved.

The latest to be handcuffed is former NBA player Steve Francis.

Here are the details:

Los Angeles International Airport police say three-time NBA all-star Steve Francis was booked for alleged public drunkenness.

Airport spokesman Albert Rodriguez says Francis was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Thursday because he was intoxicated, unable to care for himself and combative toward staff.

Rodriguez told City News Service that the 33-year-old Francis was released around 3:30 a.m. Friday when he posted $10,000 bail.

At least he had the money to bail himself out (you only need $1000) if that was Antoine Walker he would have had to take out a payday loan.
It wasn’t like Francis was at a club, he was at the airport, how he got that drunk in an airport is the real mystery.  Was he drinking those $800 4oz bottles of vodka they try to sell you on the plane?
You know they are getting ridiculous with the airline prices.  American Airlines tried to charge me $5 for a pillow once as if I wasn’t a “Dollarnaire”.
Sorry, getting off topic, all I can say to Francis.
