To say it is a shock would be an understatement. It is almost unheard of that a player of Moss’ caliber is released in the middle of the season.
He has only played a few games with the Vikings and the Vikings gave up a decent draft pick for him.
I am assuming it has something to do with the press conference he gave yesterday professing his love for the Patriots.
Any team with Super Bowl aspirations would be foolish not to take a look at picking him up.
Then again what is exactly going on in Moss’ world that two teams have said we will be better without him than with him. There were some who question his effort in yesterday’s game against the Patriots, but that is nothing new.
Since Moss has arrived in Minnesota he has made things a lot easier for Percy Harvin and the rest of the Vikings receivers.
If it is because he criticized the organization and coaches for not using his advice against the Pats, that is a bit hypocritical since they let Brett Favre do and say whatever he wants with no repercussions.
Moss is getting very close to A.I. status, even though he still has talent teams might not want to deal with the headache.
No word if he will be taking his talents to Turkey.
