You can’t question Percy Harvin’s dedication. He has multiple serious migraines, was hospitlized once and battled various ailments in his young career.
Whatever the problem he has tried his best to get out on the field and he is a difference maker.
He benefitted greatly from Randy Moss being in Minnesota and he wasn’t please like many players when Moss was sent packing. Now he has Childress questioning his practice habits. Here are the details:
Percy Harvin returned to Vikings practice Friday, but things did not go smoothly.
The wide receiver, who sat out Wednesday and Thursday because of an injured left ankle, got into a heated argument with coach Brad Childress when Childress questioned Harvin’s effort in practice, according to sources.
Brad Childress has proven that he doesn’t have the proper traits to be an effective NFL head coach. At a time when he should be trying to bring the team together, he is alienating one of his best players who has a history of playing through pain.
If the Vikings lose this weekend to the Cardinals, Childress should be fired and Leslie Frazier should be given the job permanently.
