The question now begs: is this the last time we see Young in a Titans uniform?

It is all tied to Jeff Fisher. If Fisher is the coach in 2011, I don’t see how they can bring him back. If for whatever reason Bud Adams decides to get rid of Fisher, I think whoever the new coach is, will be told that they will have to work with Young.

My personal thought is that Young needs a fresh start with a coach that he respects and who understands his temperamental nature.

Someone has to get in through his head that he has to to work harder to be an elite quarterback, but because he doesn’t trust Jeff Fisher that can’t happened in Tennessee. And if a new coach comes in and coddles him, it will only make it worse.

The Titans should try in the off season to trade him and get the highest pick in the draft they can. There will be a market for a quarterback with 30-17 record as a starter.
