SI.com’s Peter King who is known to make big proclamations and end up being wrong, said it was 100% that Jon Gruden was not going to be the head coach of the Miami Hurricanes.

I had sources tell me that Gruden was indeed interested and the non denials Gruden made over the weekend didn’t clear anything up.

Others believed that Gruden was just playing the University of Miami to keep his name out there and his true goal is to drum up interest for a NFL coaching job.

Canesports.com had this to say:

Sources have told CaneSport that final details are being hammered out and, barring a last minute glitch, Jon Gruden will be the next Miami Hurricanes football coach.

Canesports also is reporting the deal could be done as early as tomorrow.  ESPN has become mum on the topic, after having a lot to say on Sunday.

Only one person knows what really is going on and that is Chucky.  Call me crazy, but I think he is enjoying all of the attention.  He is like the girl who wears the short skirt to the club and then acts surprised that guys are looking.

My gut feeling is that he takes the job. And unlike Peter King I am not going to say 100%, because I hate talking in absolutes. I would not be shocked if Gruden was the coach by the end of the week.

It’s a good look for the U if he’s named coach. J.Harris instantly becomes a Heisman contender for next season. I tend to root for black coaches but Randy needed more wins. The U has too much talent not to average @ least 10 wins a year. If Gruden is helping players graduate & get jobs(not just as NFL players) then I’m happy.

This internet internet site is often a walk-through rather than the details you wanted about it and didn’t know who ought to. Glimpse here, and you will definitely discover it.
