Video: Leon Washington Pre-Celebrating Tripped Up By Punter Jason Baker

I don’t know how many times I have to tell you: the Football Gods do not like “pre-celebration”.

You have plenty of time to celebrate when you are in the end zone. Leon Washington had a five yard cushion on Panthers punter Jason Baker, but he just had to start slowing down and pointing at the jumbotron, giving Baker just enough time to trip him up.

Many props to Baker for not quitting on the play, hope he gets some groupie love tonight.

As far as Washington, hopefully he learned his lesson— you can point, dance, dougie or whatever after you score, because now you are in the news not for the return, but for getting Leon Lett and by the punter at that.

Something about these guys named Leon that when they look like they're about to score a TD, they just don't know how to act. #CantTakeEmAnywhere
