If you are fan (or foe) of the VH1 Reality Show Basketball Wives, you already know the true star of the show is former NBA player Eric Williams who is married to Jennifer Williams.

From his appearance eating ribs laying down the “take it or leave it” law during Season 1, he has been an internet hot button topic for both men and women. Eric recently took his talents to twitter and created quite a stir showing people what you see on camera is exactly how he is in real life.

I coined him the “President of the Male Species” because his bluntness is something a lot of men are lacking in this new Era of Moistness.

I was able to speak to Eric and get his thoughts on some of the pressing questions the BSO Empire had for him.

RL- We call you the President of the Male Species, because men have become very thirsty in regards to the women they are with, perusing or stalking. You are very blunt, honest and to the point. Have you always been like that or just over time you realized that was the best?

Eric Williams: You learn over time what and what not to do or say. I’ve always stayed true to myself. I depended on no one but myself. So with this way of thinking it helped me to say things that I felt needed to be said at the moment it was being said.

RL- How real is the Basketball Wives? Obviously your parts are real but overall?

Eric Williams: That’s the thing I’m not involved in the plot of the show. I don’t know what’s going on with the meat of the production. I did my part said what I had to say with passion and bounced! That’s all I needed to do.. Lol

RL- Matt Barnes couldn’t handle the stress of the show and freaked out constantly, but you seem totally at ease what is the difference?

Eric Williams: He still under the umbrella of the NBA, trust me he don’t want that lil check to stop coming! Lol but for me it is what it is, I’m as natural as it’s gonna get.. No need to act when your personality is FULL of Passion!!

RL- Do you care that Jennifer pics were leaked on the internet?

Eric Williams:Every woman and some mama’s took naked pics of themselves so what’s the big deal.. Lol I see nakedness as soon as I turn on TV! So naked pics are nothing!

RL-  Do you think it is unreasonable for any woman who gets involved with a man and specifically a man in a position of power to expect him to be faithful?

Eric Williams: Yes, expectation is good! Haha. But as long as she does what she’s supposed to do. If she must go beyond to secure her position as his lady or wife then by all means she should do it with hella Pride!

RL-  Do you think women who know their men are cheating and stay with them have a right to complain since they knew what they were getting into?

Eric Williams: They have no right to complain! If they were cool with knowing their man is cheating on them then they have no right to complain. Sit down somewhere. BUT, if it makes them unhappy then complain with the understanding that if he doesn’t stop, get out the situation. End of story!

RL-  Since you have been on twitter do you find it interesting a lot of the women who dissed you in the past now throwing you the panties via DM?

Eric Williams: I don’t know if they’ve dissed me or not, lol- I’ll tell you what they’re not gonna do.. and that’s disrespect me with foolish twitta twatta ya digg.. But I’ll keep u posted on that.

RL-  Lastly as the President what is the one piece of advice you can give to men who have lost their way in regards to dealing with opposite sex.

Eric Williams: Keep it 100 from the beginning with these women, you will be amazed at the level of understanding these women are in today’s world of dating men.. If you lay a strong foundation early with the women today you’ll have a much easier chance of being in good favor with that woman! And you know what happens when you’re at that stage homey!! Stay thirsty my Friends!!
