If you recall before Haynesworth was getting into it with Mike Shanahan he had to deal with stripper Silvia Mena.

Albert Haynesworth Being Sued For 10 Million Dollar by Pregnant Stripper Silvia Mena..

She wanted 10 million because Haynesworth wouldn’t acknowledge that the child she was pregnant at the time was his, allegedly.  She wasn’t suing for paternity or child support, she was suing because he wouldn’t return her calls.

This is what happens when you have random unprotected sex with strippers during Super Bowl week (early warning for you athletes heading down to Dallas).

The case was thrown out of court here are the details:

According to legal documents … a judge in New York City dismissed the lawsuit last month — stating the court had no jurisdiction over the complaint because Haynesworth — a Washington Redskins defensive lineman — doesn’t live in NY and has no business contacts in NY.

The woman, a NY resident, had claimed that Haynesworth refused to provide emotional and financial support to her when she got pregnant — allegedly with his child.

Haynesworth has stated he would take care of the child if the woman — a stripper he admits dating — could prove paternity.

I am still trying to wrap my head around she wanted 10 million before any paternity tests. Call me crazy, but I don’t think Fat Albert was the only person she slept with.

Maybe they can go on Maury.
