Duke fan release this to TMZ?

Normally when anyone famous gets busted for DUI it hits the news immediately, but even though Jalen Rose had a documentary that has been talked to death for weeks now, this slipped under the radar.

Not anymore, here are the details.

Law enforcement sources tell us … the 38-year-old former NBA star was driving along an icy roadway on March 11 when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed.

Cops were called to the scene and Rose agreed to undergo several voluntary roadside sobriety tests. He was later transported to a nearby facility for chemical testing … those results have not yet been returned. Rose was eventually arrested for driving under the influence.

Until the results of the chemical testing, it is hard to assume guilt. Rose is lucky he didn’t seriously injure himself in the accident.

Awful timing for Rose, especially with the recent Catholics vs. Convicts angle many have been taking between the Duke vs. Michigan rivarly since the Fab 5 Documentary came out.

When the results of Rose’s DUI tests come back you will be the first to know.

Stop being a Fab 5 apologist Rob if it was a Dukie you'd have a field day. If he was over the limit it doesn't matter who released it he's still an idiot for driving under the influence and is lucky he didn't kill anyone.

if you're a high-profile personality (tv, athlete, movies, singer, politician), just friggin' pay someone to drive you home.
