Albert Haynesworth Indicted on Sexual Assault Charge

At least Haynesworth has money in the bank, beyond that his time in Washington has been a disaster.

Lawsuit from strippers who claimed her got her pregnant, failed conditioning tests, battles with Mike Shanahan and overall lazy play on the field are just a few of the things that have happened to Haynesworth over last two years. He should be the poster child of why not to give players $100 million dollars who have major attitude issues.

Haynesworth is in trouble as he is being accused of strong arming a waitress.  Profootballtalk has the details.

A grand jury in Washington D.C. has indicted Albert Hayesworth on a misdemeanor sexual assault charge stemming from an incident in February involving an employee at the W Hotel in February, NBCWashington.com reports.

Haynesworth is accused of fondling the employee while paying for his bill at the hotel.    If convicted, Haynesworth faces up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

He probably won’t go to jail, but look for another lawsuit.

The Redskins maybe the one team that wants the lockout to end so they can get rid of him asap either via trade or releasing him out right.
