Ann Hope Browne Sister of LSU Coach Les Miles Killed in Car Crash

Very sad story, as the sister of LSU Head Coach Les Miles was killed in a car accident Friday afternoon.

Here are the details:

Ann Hope Browne, 54, turned into traffic and was hit. She was killed instantly.

The crash happened on Hwy. 1 at Sugar Plantation Parkway. Four other people were hurt.

“This intersection is incredibly dangerous and I refuse to leave the neighborhood after 5pm because,” wrote a WBRZ viewer after news about the accident broke. In the email, she writes there have been discussions about a stop light at the intersection but it never materialized.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the Miles and Browne’s family.
