While everyone is gushing over Derrick Rose, people are forgetting about the outstanding job done by first year coach Tom Thibodeau.

Many times the next big assistant in waiting flames out when he gets his first head coaching position. When Thibodeau was an assistant with the Celtics he was consider a can’t miss head coaching prospect. This is one time where the “can’t miss” label was correct.

Maybe he made a deal with the devil?
