If you have been a reader for awhile you know the rules, if you are new to the site this is how we handle all accusations of rape.
Do not make any assumptions on either side until all the facts come out.
Here is what we know now.
A University of Miami football player has been arrested for allegedly raping a women on campus Wednesday, according Coral Gables Police.
The player has been charged with sexual battery.
“The University of Miami has become aware of the serious charges made against a student athlete, and he has been suspended indefinitely from the football program,” UM said in a released statement.
Simply put if the accusations are true the player whose name has been withheld should be thrown under the jail and if they young lady is lying she should be prosecuted for making a false accusation.
