Just look at the “fear” on that little girl’s face in the background of the picture.
I am sure when Perkins came around with the collection plate, people just put in their entire wallets and purses. Perkins, by all accounts is said to be a very nice and fun loving guy, is known for his almost depressed expression that he always has.
Perkins was telling a story about how he became involved in his church as a kid and ended up being an alter boy during Game 5 of the Thunder vs. Grizzlies game. If you ever thought the “Perkins Face” was something that he just made at games, as you can see he was born looking like that.

And he is still playing while his former team was completely railroaded, like the lakers and spurs. Hopefully Danny Ainge will be shown the door.
