Roy Williams Signs Deal With Chicago Bears

If you want to look at this from the glass half full perspective, Williams did have his best years under Mike Martz.
If you want to look at it glass half empty you now have an older Williams who has been known to play down to expectations. The more interesting thing is now Williams and Jay Cutler can exchange engagement stories in the huddle.
I thought Braylon Edwards and his beard would be better option in Chicago, but in the end it was Williams’ familiarity with Mike Martz offense that sealed the deal.
