If there is one thing Tarver can do is beat fighters who have beat Roy Jones Jr.
Green is no slouch, I wouldn’t call him world class but he is a good fighter and Tarver put the beat down on him if you watch the grainy footage below.
I will admit that I didn’t even know Tarver was fighting and even for an international fight it was a strange date.
With this win Tarver even at 42 puts himself in a position for some big money fights in the future in the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions.
That should tell you how bad the heavyweight division is.
