If I am Victor Ortiz, I would be getting tired of all this talk about Mayweather vs. Pacquiao.
Unfortunately he is going to have to deal with it because it is all that people want to talk about. Boxing is better when Mayweather is talking.
Hate him or love him, he is interesting.
Floyd dropped this nugget of knowledge that Shane Mosley told him to make sure Pacquiao take the Olympic Style Drug Testing that Mayweather has said that all his opponents must take.
Mosley of course didn’t care if Pacquiao was on or off steroids as long as his five million checked cleared, but if you believe Floyd, Shane thinks something is up.
Facts are that Pacquiao always tests clean, but I wish Pacquiao would just get up in front of the world and say this.
“I will take whatever tests Floyd Mayweather wants me to take to prove I am clean and best fighter in the world.”
He doesn’t have to say, he hasn’t done anything wrong, but at least that will back Mayweather in a corner, because right now the roid defense is all he has for not fighting Pacquiao.
Once again I would not hold my breath waiting for Mayweather vs. Pacquiao.
