If you recall Brandon Davies’ was suspended right before the March Madness after someone snitched he was getting busy with his girlfriend (BYU’s Brandon Davies Broke Honor Code By Having Sex With Girlfriend).

Davies’ has been reinstated and wants to go back to BYU, so no need to beat a dead horse, at least now he can’t say he doesn’t know what he is getting into.

BYU announced yesterday that it reinstated Brandon Davies to its basketball team and to engage in its academic offerings. He’d been suspended since March for an “honor code violation” in which “honor code violation” means engaging in sexual intercourse with his girlfriend.

While the whole Honor Code thing is dumb, the students know the rules. So I assume that Davies’ will just watch a lot of porn now, but wait isn’t that a violation as well?

your comment makes it seem like agreeing to do what you’re supposed to do is stupid. I applaud BYU and Brandon Davies for honoring the code and his acceptance of the consequences. That is a rel man who accepts his discipline.
