Can’t confirm that it was actually weed, but………..as someone who has been around many, many weed heads (I do not smoke myself) it is weed or from a hookah.
Either way Shaq has a lot of free time on his hand now to make 12,000 tout videos, so he has to keep it fresh.
This is an interesting trick, one that I have seen before.
There are many variations, one that is NSFW, so I will have to keep that to myself.
