Kobe Bryant Faces 6 Months in Jail for Church Assault of Thomas Hagos
Last month Kobe allegedly strong armed a man at church for trying to take pictures of his family (Kobe Bryant Accused of Assaulting Man at Church For Taking Pics of Him).
The case is now has been handing over to the prosecutor and if they decide to proceed Kobe could face up to six months in jail.
San Diego police are referring the battery investigation involving Kobe Bryant to prosecutors … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us … the case will be referred to the San Diego City Attorney, but cops think at best it would be filed as a misdemeanor battery, which carries a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail.
Bean obviously needs Shaq’s goons to handle these type of situations. It is highly unlikely that Bryant ever sees the inside of a jail cell, but considering the cops thought enough of the case to hand it over to prosecutors there has to be something there.
Kobe might want to write that check to Mr. Hagos to make him conveniently change his story.

This was about him taking pictures of his kids that he is trying to protect. How many of you know that he gets threats like so many in the news. They guy was asked nicely not to take pictures but he did anyway. He was a real jerk. I would have knock him out. It was the guy demeanor that can rile any man here, not kids like so many of you are.

It’s been clarified multiple times that he was NOT taking pictures of Kobe, which was verified when they searched the phone immediately following the incident to see if Kobe had grounds for his behavior. He didn’t. There’s a reason this case has potential for the prosecution: because Kobe acted violently towards an innocent man. If things were as simple and stupid as everyone tries to make it out to be, there’d be no case.
Perhaps now Kobe will see what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a rape?
