Any thing a NBA player can do Cappie Pondexter can do better. Pondexter, guard for the New York Liberty, was playing in the Impact Basketball’s “Lockout League” in Las Vegas this weekend when she got into a one-on-one match with NBA free-agent Sebastian Telfair. The two tried to prove who can shoot jumpers and three-pointers better. Pondexter won.
Check out the video below:
Telfair shouldn’t feel too bad about losing that match. Pondexter is a really good player. She’s s a two-time All WNBA first team guard and the 2007 WNBA finals MVP. She averaged 21.4 points per game last year and shot 43 percent from the three.
Don’t sleep on the WNBA players. These ladies can ball.
