This would be a classic video even without the dialogue just off the signs.

Specifically the…………

“Craig Jams 4 Sennatur paid for by ESPN”

I truly laughed out loud at “Craig Jams”.  Just reading that was like getting hit with a Tombstone Piledriver by the Undertaker. It was over and everything else was icing on the cake.

I think everyone would agree the BCS is BS.

In essence the BCS is a beauty pageant. The prettiest woman doesn’t necessarily win, it is all about how you impress the judges (polls and computers), sometimes Miss Idaho ends up runner up even though she did everything she could to win.

There is a lot of nepotism in the BCS if you are in the family (major marquee programs) you are always going to get an advantage whereas the outsiders (the schools outside of the major BCS conferences) are treated like step children.

Only in college football you can be PERFECT, but still have no shot to win a championship. The few people who are in favor of the BCS (I think there are like 3) says it makes the regular season more exciting.

Of course that is a bunch of garbage. A team like Oregon who I guarantee you by season’s end will be playing some of the best ball in the country has effectively been eliminated by losing their first game of the season. Plus the regular season would be much better if there was a scramble at the end of the year to make those playoff spots. It would also give more teams hope and no mid major undefeated schools would be left out.

It isn’t a rocket science. Take the top 8 teams in the country and have the ultimate Elite 8. It would become bigger than the Final Four I am sure of that.

A man can dream.
