Arizona Wildcats Announce New Head Coach Rich Rodriguez Via Twitter

Every day it seems somebody finds a new way to use Twitter. A tool that used to be to help spread news has become a tool to create news. The latest news to be born on twitter? University of Arizona Athletic Director Greg Byrnes announced his new head coach via an iPhone picture.

The New Head coach is former West Virginia and Michigan Head Coach Rich Rodriguez. Interesting hire to say the least, Rich-Rod was a hot commodity when he left WVU to take over the Wolverines but left after a 15-22 record including 6-18 in the Big Ten. His tenure was shrouded with controversy and NCAA violations and the belief that he had lost his team.

In a world where the perception is that most coaches are shady to some degree, it is pretty hard to stand out. Judging by some of the comments under the picture, it seems that U of A fans are hoping to give their school the benefit of the doubt.

Of course, guys will believe that their girlfriend wont cheat on them just because she cheated on her last two boyfriends.

  • With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
