Thanks to Manny Pacquiao’s lackluster performance again Juan Manuel Marquez and Floyd’s KO of Victor Ortiz a lot of boxing experts have put Mayweather back to #1 on their pound by pound lists.
Mayweather wasn’t in Vegas for the fight, but did drop this mini exclusive saying that he is planning a “tune up” fight in February even though he has secured the MGM Grand for a fight in May.
He didn’t give a date or location, just that he wants to stay active. You never know in boxing so take it with a grain of salt, but it did come from Mayweather himself.
