You know the drill by now.

Each day more and more of Shaq’s Uncut book comes out and either you think he is dropping ether or he is being messy. Either way it is interesting.

Today’s topic is Dwight Howard.

Dwight Howard and I don’t really have a relationship. I don’t like people who lack originality. The whole Superman thing doesn’t work for me. … It’s kind of weird how he’s handled his career. He wants to be Superman. They’re talking about him going to L.A. when his contract is up. When I go back to the Orlando area in the offseason, they are doing all the same things for him they did for me. But that’s a mistake. He’s Dwight Howard. He’s not Shaq. Be your own man. Create your own brand.

I do feel for him sometimes. It’s all on his shoulders, just like it was all on mine, and when he doesn’t get it done he’s the one standing there trying to explain, even though he put up huge numbers. Nothing changes in the NBA. It’s not always fun being Dwight Howard, but if you call yourself The Man, well, you gotta deal with it.

It seems to be a little childish to be upset about a nickname. I know it is a little deeper than that, but there definitely seems to be a hint of jealousy there.

Maybe cause the ladies swoon over Dwight without him having to stalk them?

I am a long time lakers fan and I wish Shaq had never left the lakers, by him going from team to team at the end of his career is disapointing to me, and every where he went he talks about every superstar on that team.
(Kobe,Wade,Lebron), I can’t wait to here what he has to say about someone on the Celtics. I think he is really tarnishing his legacy as one of the greatest basketball player’s ever. he will never be respected by past and present players for the way he is going out of the game.

Yeah, Shaq is gonna be an analyst for TNT whenever the lockout finally ends, and I don’t think it’s a good idea to throw half the NBA players under the bus that he’ll likely be required to objectively analyze.

All the revelations in Shaq’s book are starting to make him look like a whiny, gossiping, b!tch who talks trash about everyone that he has a personal issue with.

Although they call Dwight Superman now, he did that costume thing at the slam dunk contest bc of that lame soulja boy song. He wasn’t trying to be superman. His team & the fans gave him the name, and he ran with it. It’s a name. Shaq needs to grow up.
