I am not sure exactly what type of case Shaq’s has because the information was legally on Darling’s server.  It wasn’t like Darling hacked Shaq this was information that Shaq gave to Darling voluntarily.

Shaq wanted Darling to clean up his messes and now find himself in a mess.

The lawsuit was filed against Shawn Darling in Miami-Dade Circuit Court. It seeks an injunction barring Darling from providing O’Neal’s emails to anyone, unspecified damages and the return of all O’Neal’s private electronic messages.

Shaq might as well date Kim Kardashian at this point.
