Erika Smith Identified As Woman Accusing Monta Ellis of Sending Her a Penis Pic (Photo)
I want you to read this quote from Ms. Smith’s lawyer in regard to what Monta Ellis sent her courtesy of Deadspin.
“The only reason we showed it to the press was so they would know we were serious,” attorney Burt Boltuch told me. “No. I don’t want it out there in the media.” I told him we did this kind of thing here. Didn’t change his mind.
When asked to describe the photo, Boltuch said, “It’s a very graphic color picture of an African-American penis dangling there, with Warriors sweatpants lowered.” Boltuch declined to comment on whether the penis was erect.

For some reason this whole case sounds suspect, I am not saying she wasn’t harassed, but something is missing and the lawyer appears shadier than Gloria Allred.
To be on the safe side fellas, just don’t send dangling pics to anyone you work with.
