Some scary news coming out of Charlotte tonight. Falcons head coach Mike Smith was  rushed to a Charlotte hospital after experiencing chest pains before boarding a flight to Atlanta.

“Following the Falcons verses Carolina game today head coach Mike Smith was transported to the hospital in Charlotte for a non-emergency matter,” the team said in a statement released to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Coach Smith is resting comfortably. His tests have reaffirmed his health and he’s expected to be in Atlanta on Monday.”

Glad Smitty is okay.
