Prince Fielder to Sign with Seattle Mariners, according to Miami Marlins’ Logan Morrison.

In today’s Twitterverse, anybody can float anything out there and people will run with (Jon Bon Jovi is not dead) but it is interesting when athletes tweet “inside” knowledge.

A few minutes ago, Miami Marlins Outfielder and Twitter Superstar Logan Morrison tweeted the following.

@LoMoMarlins Just heard from my boy that Prince to Seattle is a done deal…

Now you have to take to assume that he has more inside knowledge than the casual fan, so take it for what its worth.

Knowing Morrison’s sense of humor, it could mean that the singer Prince announced that he is going on tour and Seattle is one of the tour stops.

Would be great if he scooped Ken Rosenthal and all the other baseball insiders though.
