Chargers Announce Norv Turner & AJ Smith Will Be Returning ..Championship? Probably Not

Here is a quote from Chargers Owner Dean Spanos on his reasoning in bringing back head coach Norv Turner and GM AJ Smith.

“These two men give us the best chance to get back to the playoffs.”
