Chris Paul was having an outstanding game on Sunday night as the Clippers and Lakers battled for bragging rights at Staples Center. But late in the fourth quarter, with the Clippers up by 12, Paul pulled up lame, grabbing his left hamstring while appearing to be in significant pain. The hamstring injury forced Paul to the bench, and certainly caused plenty of concern for Clippers’ fans.

Paul was declared out for the game — kind of a formality with just a few minutes left — and his status going forward is still unknown.
